Returns
All sales are final. Every item on BuzzTCG is a collectible, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
If something goes wrong
If an item arrives damaged, isn't as described, or you have any other problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you directly to make it right, whether that means a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Please include your order number and photos if the item was damaged.
Shipping
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the item and the best option for the order. Tracking is provided for every shipment.
