The hobby kept rewarding speed. We built something that rewards knowledge.

Open marketplaces work fine if you are fast, if you have bots, or if you do not care what you are actually buying. For serious collectors — people who know their PSA grades, track rookie windows, and build collections with a point of view — they have always been the wrong environment.

BuzzTCG was built as a direct answer to that problem. A closed marketplace where every card is hand-selected before it goes live, and every buyer is approved before they can purchase. The result is a buying environment that matches the expertise of collectors who actually know the difference between a deal and a steal.

The gate is not elitism — it is product design. A marketplace is only as good as its buyers and its inventory. We control both.

A collection of trading cards spread out, showing the variety and detail that serious collectors care about

BuzzTCG's catalog is synced across eBay, Whatnot, and the members-only shop — one inventory, consistent curation standards.

Curation is not a feature. It is the point.

These are the principles that govern every card that appears in the BuzzTCG catalog.

The standard is not aspirational. It is the floor every listing has to clear before it reaches you.

Every card is reviewed before it lists

There is no automated ingestion, no bulk upload, no CSV import. Before a card appears in the BuzzTCG catalog, someone on the team has looked at it — grade, condition notes, provenance, price. Cards that do not hold up get cut.

Honest grading representations, always

A PSA 8 listed as a PSA 10 is not a deal — it is a lie. BuzzTCG listings represent condition accurately. If there is surface wear, a crease, or a centering issue on a raw card, it is in the notes. You should be able to buy based on the listing alone.

Price is not the curation standard — quality is

The catalog spans entry-level rookies to high-end slabs. What every listing shares is that the card is accurately represented and worth the collector's time to consider. Cheap cards that are honestly described belong here. Expensive cards that are dishonestly described do not.

The buyer side is curated too

A marketplace with great inventory and bad buyers still fails collectors. BuzzTCG gates both sides: the cards that list and the members who can buy. That is what keeps the environment right — for everyone approved.
